Super Lil Me

The ‘Super Lil Me’ project forms St. Tropez’s entry into ThePrince’s Trust Million Makers challenge - a national competition whichsees teams of employees competing to raise £1 million for The Prince’sTrust. Teams run their own mini-enterprises, aiming to turn £1,500 intoa profit of at least £10,000.

‘Super Lil Me’ is a revolutionary web driven avatar creation that’sbeen designed to create their very own virtual ‘mini me’. It will alsohelp to drive awareness of self esteem issues, stimulating selfconfidence amongst young people by providing an everyday feel goodboost. The avatar allows you to personalise your online figure, makingit look like you and allowing you to experiment with new styles. Theavatar encourages you to dress your character in the latest fashions, change its make-up and try-out new hair styles, before raising his/herself esteem by adding treats such as outings, events or spray tans. Anesteem meter then displays how much self esteem is generated by eachaddition.

You can download your very own ‘Super Lil Me’ now from the St.Tropez website www.superlilme.com for a minimum donation of £3*, withall proceeds going to youth charity The Prince’s Trust charity. Moneyraised will help disadvantaged young people into jobs across the UK.

The web driven avatar creation was also created in response to thegrowing use of social networks by young people. Over 77% of people aged15+ use social networks** which has sparked debate over issues ofsecurity and privacy. St. Tropez hopes that young people will use thestylish avatars as their profile picture therefore providing additionalprivacy.

Michelle Feeney, CEO of St Tropez adds: “We feel really passionateabout this project and hope that ‘Super Lil Me’ will become the stylishaccessory for young social networkers, raising lots of money in theprocess.”

The Prince’s Trust needs to raise almost £1 million a week tocontinue its vital work. The Trust has helped more than 600,000 youngpeople into jobs and training since 1976.
