Special Occasion

1.For that extra special occasion it is important that you select the tan that will best suit your chosen look. For a home application you can choose to opt for a more subtle, healthy glow for the skin with the Light Glow Collection, or for a richer looking tan you can select the Deep Bronze Collection.

2.Use Body Polish prior to the self tan application and then every 2-3 days afterwards.  This will gently buff the skin and remove any tired skin cells which will help your tan fade more evenly and also bring your skin back to life with a healthy glow.

3.To further prepare and maintain your Light Glow or Deep Bronze look, use our Shower Cream which contains natural Mediterranean oils which will protect your tan and keep moisture locked in whilst you’re showering.  Some standard shower creams contain essential oils which can make your tan fade faster.  Use Shower Cream daily to prolong the life of your tan.

4.For the Light Glow look, apply Gradual Tan Everyday Body Lotion as if you were applying a body moisturiser, taking care to blend gently over the knee and down onto the foot, over the elbow and onto the hand.  Use the sheen of the product to see where you have already applied.  Apply daily until you have achieved the ideal colour and then apply every 2-3 days to maintain the colour. Ensure you wash your hands after application.

5.For a healthy facial glow use Gradual Tan Everyday Face Lotion. This can be applied in the morning instead of your usual facial moisturiser as it has additional hydrating benefits.  Your make-up can still be applied over the top. Apply daily until you have achieved the ideal colour and then apply every 2-3 days to maintain the colour. Ensure you wash your hands after application.

6.Your natural healthy glow will start to appear after approximately 4 hours. Try to avoid showering between 4-12 hours for maximum development.

7.For the Deep Bronzed look, prepare your skin as above.  Using an applicator mitt apply the Self Tan Bronzing Mousse to the entire body taking care to blend gently over the knees, feet, elbows and hands for a more natural finish. The guide colour makes it easy to see where you have applied the product and gives an instant golden tan. Use approximately 2-3 pumps per body part for a deep bronzed finish.

8.Try to avoid showering between 4-12 hours for maximum development.

9.The Tan Applicator Mitt is re-usable and can be washed by soaking in warm soapy water, rinsed and then dried.
